The TURCK eurofast Series Network Cordset is part of a comprehensive line of molded industrial networking cordsets designed to streamline network installation across a range of harsh environments. Connectors are male and female M12 types with versatile plug body offerings, from small to robust. Compatible bus protocols include Ethernet, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and AS-Interface. A range of wire thicknesses are available, consult configuration specific spec sheets for additional details. Pigtail or connector to connector configurations.

Ethernet cable standard variants are 8-wire, meetiing TIA/EIA 568-B, 2 category 5e standards 10 and 100 Base-T Ethernet. Cable includes TPE jacket for indoor and outdoor use. Variants are oil, moisture, weather and weld spatter resistant, with a -40 to 80°C operating range.

PROFINET cordsets feature TPE jacketing for flexibility and resistance to flame, oil and moisture, high resistance to RFI and EMI noise is also a part of the design. A stranded conductor is utilized for high mobility applications.

DeviceNet and CANopen cordsets are ODVA compliant with thin to thick cable styles. The PVC jacketing is UL PLTC and CSA listed, flame retardant and sunlight resistant. The TPE jacketing is UL and CSA AWM recognized, oil resistant and designed to ensure reliable performance in the cold.

PROFIBUS and PROFIBUS-DP cordsets meet EN 50170 standards for communication supporting up to 12 Mbits. The PVC jacketing is UL PLTC listed and rated for exposed run (ER) and direct burial (DB), as well as being rated for use in Class 1, Div 2 hazardous environments. The Polyurethane jacketing is UL and CSA AWM recognized, oil resistant and also high performing in cold temperatures.

PROFIBUS-PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus cordsets meet IEC 61158-2 (ISA/SP-50) standards, are UL ITC/PLTC and CSA listed, FT4 recognized, as well as rated for Exposed Run (ER) and Direct Burial (DB) along with Class 1, Div 2 hazardous areas. The jacketing is flame retardant, sunlight resistant, armored options are available upon request.
