Description
The TURCK RI-01 / RI-02 Mini Series Incremental Encoder is a highly compact position sensing system with a 24 mm diameter, with both solid (RI-01) and hollow shaft (RI-02) configurations for integration flexibility. Pulse rates are available from 10 to 1024 ppr, with 5 to 24, or 8 to 30 VDC voltage requirements, maintaining a high scan rate despite low power consumption. The stainless steel shaft is rated for IP50 ingress protection, the durable brass housing IP65. All units are magnetic field proof, with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. Operating temperatures range from -20 to 85°C.
