The TURCK QR24 Series Rotary Position Sensor offers a highly flexible measuring range of 360°, in a durable design with stainless steel variants available, with 0.006° resolution (up to 5000 ppr with incremental variants). These sensors ensure high precision measurement, with 0.05% repeatability and high linearity, with deviation within .01%. Output variations include analog outputs 4 to 20 mA / 0 to 10 V, CANopen, IO-Link, SSI, and incremental offerings.

All QR24 Series units offer operating temperatures from -25 to 85°C. The IP68/IP69K protection exceeds e1/E1 requirements, and the contactless resonator measuring principle compensates for impacts of vibration and offset. Positioning elements are a separate entity from the sensor (see Accessories tab), permitting a fully potted housing--no seals--with protection from water and dust. The QR24 Series has high interference immunity, and offers additional load dump protection with select analog variants. Incremental variants are available with fixed, and programmable Easyteach pulse rates up to 5000 ppr.

The QR24 Series mounting flexibility is maintained through shaft adapters (sold separately), permitting fitting of the positioning element to shafts of various diameters. These rotary sensors are compatible with a range of interfaces and communication protocols, such as the TURCK BL20, BL67, BL compact, and piconet fieldbus systems.
