The TURCK QR20 Series Rotary Position Sensor offers flexible measuring ranges up to 360°, in a highly compact design with 12 bit resolution. These sensors ensure high precision measurement, with 0.09° repeatability and high linearity, with deviation within 1.08°, making this product line well suited for applications involving mobile machinery. Standard units include analog outputs 4 to 20 mA, with operating voltages of 15 to 30 VDC, or 0.5 to 4.5 V and SAE J1939 outputs with operating voltages of 8 to 30 VDC.

All QR20 Series units offer operating temperatures from -40 to 85°C. The IP68/IP69K protection exceeds the e1/E1 requirements and comes, while preserving installation space via the compact 71 x 64 x 20 mm dimensions. The contactless resonator measuring principle is emulated from its larger sibling series, the QR24, preserving accuracy in a miniature design. The standard-issued positioning element can be positioned above the sensor, further increasing mounting flexibility, as well as dust and moisture protection. The QR20 Series has high interference immunity and is protected from line-conducted interference, the so-called load dump. Salt spray, rapid temperature changes, diesel, kerosene or vibrations have no impact on device operations.
