Description

The TURCK EZ-track Analog Profile Series Linear Position Transducer is available in 4 to 135 in measuring spans, with enhanced resolution variants down to 0.001 in (< 65 in span). The Q21 variants are housed in low profile, environmentally sealed, anodized aluminum housings. The electronics and sensor are incorporated into a housing that is less than 1 in tall. An integrated LED flashes to indicate Automatic Gain Control mode, a feature which allows this model to sense a magnet other than the standard slide up to 3/8 in away, permitting appropriate adjustment of magnetic field strength. The diagnostic LEDs simplify programming and troubleshooting, reducing overall setup and maintenance time.

The EZ-track Analog Profile Series is available in with IP67 or IP68 ratings to best meet application needs, with Class I, Division 2 environment approval available upon request with Q21 variants. A range of current and voltage outputs are available, which are reversible in the field. This means one model can be used for two applications via programming the “zero” and “span” accordingly.
