Description
The TURCK Specialty Series Inductive Sensor includes specialty variants such as high pressure rated sensors, ring sensors, slot sensors, limit switches, highly compact as well as extended barrel lengths. These proximity sensors feature shielded coil (BI) and nonshielded coil configurations(NI). Shielded variants are able to be safely flush-mounted in metal, whereas nonshielded variants are non-flush, whose sensing face requires a metal free area. Rated switching distances range from 1 to 75 mm, with highly configurable features across outputs and voltage range, with additional features including Uprox sensor technology, PTFE barrel coating, as well as plastic or metal housing selections.
Select configurations may include appended cable or connector codes (e.g., V1141, 0.2-RS4T, 10M), or customized feature codes (e.g., /S****, /F****, /C****). To determine which of these special options may be the best solution, reference the datasheet found on the specific part number's landing page, under the Documents tab. Contact a TMMI engineer if further clarification is needed.
