The TURCK Rectangular Series Inductive Sensor is a line of proximity sensors with shielded coil (BI) and nonshielded coil configurations(NI). Shielded variants are able to be safely flush-mounted in metal, whereas nonshielded variants are non-flush, whose sensing face requires a metal free area. Rated switching distances range from 1 to 75 mm, with a range of output offerings including NPN, PNP, 2-wire DC, AC, or AC/DC configurations. Advanced Uprox sensor technology, as well as the choice between plastic or metal rectangular housing styles make this line a versatile solution to a range of proximity-based industrial sensing applications.
